Leonard M. Vincenti
Len Vincenti received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1964. He then attended the U.S. Naval Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island where he was commissioned as an Ensign in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He served as an Advisor to the Republic of Vietnam Navy in 1967 and 1968 and was awarded the Bronze Star and Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry for action during the 1968 Tet Offensive.
Upon separation from active duty he attended Stetson College of Law in St. Petersburg and received his J.D. degree in 1971.
After working for an insurance
defense firm in Orlando of a year and a half, he became dissatisfied with
protecting corporate interests and joined a prominent plaintiffs’ personal
injury firm. He relocated to Clearwater in 1974 and opened his own firm,
Leonard M. Vincenti, P.A.
He has held several offices in local and state bar associations and has held
an AV (highest) Peer Review Rating since 1985. He was became Florida Bar
Board Certified in Civil Trial Law in 1982 with the first group to be awarded
this distinction, and is one of Florida’s most experienced civil trial
attorneys.
He has authored and produced several client preparation videos which are marketed by a national law book publishing company and has published several articles in various legal publications.
